Hamburg, Vilsack on FDA Funding, Food Safety

October 5, 2011

FDA Commissioner Margaret Hamburg went back on the record again yesterday about the need for sufficient funding to execute the FDA’s historic mission to protect the public health — specifically in relation to food safety. Dr. Hamburg was speaking at the 34th annual National Food Policy Conference.
