House Appropriations Committee Introduces CR Through November 18
Last night the House Appropriations Committee introduced a Continuing Resolution (CR) to keep the government operating past the end of the fiscal year on September 30 and through November 18, 2011. This CR would
- Limit all federal agencies to spending capped at FY 11 rate minus 1.4%
- Restrict agencies from making any major funding commitments that would reduce Congressional discretion to later cut an agency budget
