FY12 Agriculture/FDA Appropriations Bill Status Update. On Tuesday, the Senate passed the FY12 Agriculture Appropriations bill with a $50 million increase for the Food and Drug Administration. This is in contrast to the $285 million cut in the FY12 House-passed bill. The House and the Senate are now conferencing.
