First Executive Order to Affect FDA Since 1985
According to a report in The New York Times this morning, the President is about to issue the first executive order in more than 25 years to affect the U.S. Food & Drug Administration. The executive order is intended to address shortages of drugs used to treat a number of serious clinical conditions, including various forms of cancer and infectious disorders.
